This buy instantly added a nice touch to my home office space
I used command Velcro strips instead of the nails. The whole 4 boards are a great size. It is difficult and tedious to install. With nail especially you only have one shot of aligning.
The boards themselves also feels flimsy. Target’s pegboard feels much more durable than these. But overall good look and functional.
Product is really great! Didn’t want to put holes in my walls so I went and bought xl command strips and put 4 on each board (just so I’m sure they wouldn’t fall off the wall) and it works just great! Can’t even see the command strips if you put them in the right spots :)
Easy install follow these steps:
- make sure to face the adhesive brackets up the correct way
- exhaust the air once you place them where you want
- leave to secure for a day or two before you put the boards up.
Following those steps will give you better longevity in these pegboards staying mounted for a while. Once you put up the boards be smart about what you put in the cubbies. I pretty much only store pens/pencils, a couple of photos, some concert memorabilia, one book and that’s about it.
Works well
It’s a little deceiving - we thought it would be wooden, but I guess that goes to show how good the pictures are and how bad I am at reading descriptions! It’s plastic, but I don’t mind it at all… just thought it was different.
This pegboard has really helped me organize my office, and I’m extremely grateful for it.
